A “Cooking Collective” is a group of people who organize a shared meal, typically 3-5 times a week for dinner. They allocate the various tasks (shopping, main chef, sous-chef etc.) according to people’s desires, skills, the schedule requirements and number of of participants.
It is our intention at the Village to have a cooking collective meal 3-5 times per week, at minimum. All meals will have vegan entree, with occasional dairy or meat dishes depending on people’s desires and appetite.
The diet at the village is informed by our proprietary Authentic Fitness® model and led by our current (as of February 2024) in-house nutritionist, cook and human optimization specialist, Nick. Nick is also a badass tennis coach.
